Insta Digital is looking for a DevOps Specialist. Would you like to create cloud infrastructures that host scalable industrial services with Docker and Kubernetes? Do you enjoy implementing smooth and efficient CI/CD pipelines? This might be the thing for you!

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

You will be working as a DevOps specialist creating pipelines, automation, and infrastructures for cloud-based solutions. You will be streamlining the deployment of software, improving the quality of deliveries, and working closely together with your Insta Digital colleagues and customers.

Your first projects are already in the pipeline. One is an opening in a long-term stable setup, working on automating, tooling and improving the applications flow from dev to release environments, as well as maintaining internal systems.

A second opportunity is based on a web application simulating HMIs of mobile work machinery. We are undertaking a technology upgrade, the main objective aimed at refactoring the existing infrastructure with Kubernetes.

While your work is flexible and open to fully remote, you can also join our Finlayson or Espoo office to work with your colleagues. You might have to visit our customers’ premises on a project need base.

IS THIS JOB FOR ME? YES, IF:

You are a mid-level or above specialist (3+ years of experience minimum).

Your core skills, where you are experienced and independent, are the software containerization and containers (Docker & Kubernetes), CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab...) and Python & pip.

Optimally, you have used Ansible and know your ways around AWS or are at least proficient in one other cloud service provider.

Optionally and appreciated, you are familiar with IaC programming (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation...), Linux servers, Virtualization solutions (XenServer, VirtualBox...) and/or full-stack development (JS/TS).

You are fluent in English. Fluency in Finnish is also appreciated.

Salary range at this position is approximately 4500 - 6000 euros.
