Your role

As an AI Solution Lead / AI Evangelist, you’ll help drive AI adoption both internally and in customer projects. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with curiosity, experimentation and knowledge sharing. You’ll act as a trusted expert who helps teams understand how AI can create real value in software development and customer solutions.

Your work will include both internal development and customer-facing project work. Approximately 20-40% of the role focuses on developing our internal AI capabilities, practices and ways of working, while the remaining part consists of hands-on participation in customer and development projects according to your own background and skillset.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing AI-enabled solutions based on customer and internal needs

• Staying up to date on the latest AI tools, trends and developments

• Evaluating and testing new AI tools, platforms and workflows

• Sharing findings, best practices and lessons learned across the organization

• Helping shape and maintain organizational AI guidelines and usage policies

• Identifying and evaluating AI-related risks such as data leakage, security concerns and provider policy changes

• Supporting our sales team as an AI expert in customer discussions and solution creation

• Participating hands-on in customer and development projects according to your own expertise

• Supporting teams in adopting practical AI-assisted development workflows and tools

You’ll work closely with developers, cloud experts, project leads and customers to help turn AI opportunities into practical and sustainable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about AI and enjoys helping others learn, experiment and grow. You do not need to be a pure AI researcher or data scientist — a strong software development background combined with practical AI experience and curiosity is more important.

Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience working with AI tools and AI-assisted software development workflows

• Active hands-on usage of modern AI tools such as coding assistants, agents and LLM-based workflows

• Strong interest in following developments in the AI field and experimenting with new technologies

• Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed with AI adoption

• Ability to communicate AI concepts and opportunities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Good communication skills in English and Finnish

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, project teams and sales

• Understanding of responsible AI usage, including security, privacy and governance considerations

• Technical background in software development, cloud engineering, testing, team leadership or similar fields

Experience in tools and ecosystems such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, AI agents and modern LLM-based development workflows is considered highly beneficial.

Domain knowledge in the following industries is considered beneficial:

• Manufacturing

• Energy

• Mobile machinery

This role is especially suitable for someone who already has a technical development background and wants to take a stronger role in guiding AI adoption, experimentation and solution design within projects and organizations.
