Your role

As a Cell Lead / Lead Developer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects create real value for our customers. You’ll combine hands-on understanding of software development with project leadership and customer collaboration. In this role, you’ll help teams succeed by maintaining the big picture while supporting daily project execution and long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily project management and coordination

• Understanding customer needs and helping shape suitable solutions

• Planning and prioritizing work together with the team

• Maintaining visibility into project scope, schedules and budgets

• Ensuring high quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle

• Managing customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact

• Supporting and guiding project teams, typically consisting of 1–5 people

• Leading several smaller projects simultaneously or combining lead responsibilities with hands-on development work in larger projects

• Supporting invoicing and other project-related administrative responsibilities

You’ll work closely with customers operating in industries such as manufacturing, energy, process industry and mobile machinery. Our projects vary greatly, offering opportunities to work with different technologies, customer environments and business challenges.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining technical understanding, customer collaboration and project leadership in a practical and hands-on way.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in software project management

• Understanding of software development and the ability to work closely with developers

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to maintain the overall picture while handling practical day-to-day matters

• Good customer communication and stakeholder management skills

• Readiness to utilize AI tools and understanding of how AI is transforming software development

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, project teams and sales

• Good communication skills in English and Finnish

• Hands-on software development experience is considered beneficial

• Domain knowledge in manufacturing, energy, process industry or mobile machinery is considered beneficial

We expect you to already have some relevant experience from project work or software consulting environments, but you do not need to be a long-time industry veteran to succeed in this role.

As we hope you already have some relevant experience, the salary range in this position is approximately 4500–6000 euros/month, with the typical level for this role being around 5000–5500 euros/month depending on your experience and background.
